You have QuickBooks open to a different file, OR the name of the QuickBooks file has been changed, and no longer matches the name that was originally used when added to the QQube Configuration Tool. QuickBooks is currently opened by another colleague using the same QuickBooks QQube user you setup to connect to QuickBooks.QuickBooks is currently opened by someone else in single user mode.This error comes directly from the Intuit Software Development Kit (SDK) and indicates that it is unable to open the requested QuickBooks company file because it is "not clear" to do so.
